Strategic Partnerships Lead

We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Strategic Partnerships Lead.
The Strategic Partnerships Lead will be in charge of working with all banks and fintech infrastructure partners to unlock new or better functionalities to integrate in the Aspire Account. This includes new features coming from products which require partner infrastructure support, new customer segments which we want to serve and are not currently supported, and more. The role has end-to-end ownership from meeting new potential partners, closing commercials, and continuing to build relationships with them to let the partnership thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison with core banking partners and card partners
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, payment processors, etc.
- Work intensively with the team and external partners to launch new product features
- Update management team on status of the product and projects
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience in a fintech company is a must
- Experience dealing with vendors and service providers is a must
- Knowledge on fintech structures and operations preferred
- Strong relationship and people skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
