Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Customer Support Specialist.
SALARY: $600-700 USD/month with comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer support needs
- Answer live chats and calls
- Perform outbound calls
- Reply to customer tickets
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service
- Process refunds and cancellations timely
- Process chargebacks timely
- Coordinate with our external partners
- Assist Customer Support Manager in training and onboarding new hires within the Customer Support team
- Collaborate with teams and other departments to improve processes
- Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture
- Ad Hoc tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ Years Experience as a Customer Support Representative (voice and non-voice accounts)
- Diverse range of experience in customer support and sales
- Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Shopify
- Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Gorgias
- Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Amazon
- Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Cloudtalk
- Strong English and Communication Skills
- Must be detail oriented
