Customer Service Manager

We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer support needs, answer live chats and calls, perform outbound calls, reply to customer tickets
  • Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service
  • Process refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks timely
  • Coordinate with our external partners
  • Training and onboarding new hires within the Customer Support team
  • Collaborate with teams and other departments to improve processes
  • Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Supervise, mentor and develop Customer Support Specialists and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or Assistant Manager (+2 Years)
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Shopify
  • Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Gorgias
  • Required: 2+ Years of Experience with Amazon
  • Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience with Cloudtalk
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
