Creative Strategist

We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Creative Strategist.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Lead brainstorming meetings with the creative team and create new marketing concepts to communicate sales messages.
- Developing assets for marketing campaigns - storyboarding and translating ideas into effective marketing material - images, video ads, etc.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing assets.
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams.
- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
- Manage graphic designers, video editors and content creation teams.
- Oversee Influencer team to deliver raw content for the creative team.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years in creative leadership role
- 2+ Years of experience in Ecommerce
- Diverse range of experience in marketing, creative, video production, editing, copywriting, and similar.
- Extensive knowledge of sales messaging, content production, graphic and video.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise.
